These terms cover using phimaths.com and buying phimaths Pro. They're written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything is unclear, email contact@phimaths.com.
Who we are
phimaths is an independent maths practice website run from the United Kingdom. You can reach us at contact@phimaths.com. phimaths is not affiliated with or endorsed by UAT-UK, Pearson VUE, any exam board or any university. TMUA and ESAT are names of tests run by others; we use them only to say what our practice is for.
Using phimaths
- phimaths is free to use. You don't need an account to practise.
- If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before you sign up or give us your email.
- Please don't try to break, overload or copy the site in bulk (for example scraping the question bank), or use it to harm other people.
- All questions are original and written to match the published test specifications. They are practice, not real past papers, and we can't promise any particular score on the day.
- We work hard to check every question, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, tell us and we'll fix it.
Your content and ours
The questions, solutions and design of phimaths belong to phimaths. You're welcome to use them for your own revision and to share links. Please don't republish them in bulk or sell them. Anything you write or draw in the workspace stays in your browser and isn't sent to us.
phimaths Pro
- What it is: extra analytics on top of the free site: score and pacing trends, per-method reports and a weak-spot plan. Everything that is free stays free.
- Price: shown on the Pro button before you pay, including any VAT. It is one payment, not a subscription, so nothing renews and there are no hidden fees.
- How long: Pro lasts 12 months from the day you pay.
- Payment: handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see your card details.
- Under 18? Please ask a parent or guardian to pay, or to agree before you do.
- If we ever stop offering Pro before your 12 months are up, we'll refund the unused part.
Refunds
If you change your mind, email contact@phimaths.com from the address you paid with within 14 days of buying Pro and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After that, we'll still refund you if Pro doesn't work as described and we can't fix it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 working days. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Accounts and deleting your data
You can sign in with Google to sync your progress. You can delete your account and everything we hold about you at any time from the Your data page. See the privacy notice and the cookies page for what we store and why.
The legal bit
We provide phimaths with reasonable care and skill, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't have foreseen, and nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we change them, we'll update the date at the top; changes won't take away anything you've already paid for.
